Engineering
Our Engineering Department has the experience and professional skills required to design and engineer your project. The Production Engineers keep current with the latest developments in metals technology and finishing techniques. We offer: Engineering/Detailing, CAD Drawings, Project Management, and Field Consultation.
Plant
The plant at Omni Fab is efficiently organized to handle large production run items and individual projects simultaneously. In-plant capabilities include cutting, custom forming, welding, and finishing. We offer: Blanket Orders, Project Development, Prototyping, Production Runs, and Custom Orders.
Material and Finishes
The craftsmen at Omni Fab are experienced in working with sheet aluminum, aluminum extrusions, stainless steel, mild steel, and bronze. Our plant equipment is capable of working with material thickness to 3/8". Capabilities vary with specific materials, alloys, and type of forming required. Current available finishes include custom painting, powder coating, anodizing, and polishing.
Quality
Our Engineering Department along with the plant personnel continually strive to make sure the parts are fabricated to the customers specifications and meet the industry standards of quality.
